Abstract: Testing of DC charging piles, on-board chargers, power electronics, etc. ◎ Aging testing of fuses and relays ◎ Discharge testing of power batteries, lead-acid batteries, and fuel cells ◎ Safety testing of intelligent manufacturing and industrial motors (such as unmanned trucks, Robots, etc.) ◎Test of virtual load of natural energy (solar array, wind power generation) ◎Test of server power supply, high voltage UPS, communication power supply ◎Test of A/D power supply and other power electronic components

DC electronic load CC, CV, CR, CP, CV+CC, CV+CR, CR+CC, CP+CC and other eight working modes, which can adapt to the testing needs of various occasions. Among them, the CP mode is often used to test the battery test of the UPS, simulating the change of the current when the battery voltage decays.

The same can be used as a characteristic simulation of the input of DC-DC converters and inverters. CR mode is often used for slow startup test of communication power supply, LED driver test, and on-load circuit test of automobile thermostat. The CV+CC mode can be applied to load simulation batteries, test charging piles or on-board chargers, and limit the maximum current drawn while CV is working. CR+CC mode is often used in the test of voltage limiting, current limiting characteristics, constant voltage accuracy and constant current accuracy of on-board chargers to prevent over-current protection of on-board chargers.

typical application:

Safety test of industrial motors (such as unmanned trucks, robots, etc.) ◎Test of virtual load of natural energy (solar array, wind power generation) ◎Test of server power supply, high voltage UPS, communication power supply ◎A/D power supply and other power electronic components testing.

Functional advantage

1. Reversible panel and color touch screen

This series of programmable DC electronic loads (except some models) supports the front panel flip function, and is equipped with a large color touch screen to provide customers with simple and fast operation, real-time update of input display and device status, and graphics to make the display more intuitive.

2. a variety of working modes

This series of programmable DC electronic loads have CV/CC/CR/CP basic load steady-state modes, which can meet the test requirements of various occasions.

3. The CV loop feedback speed is adjustable

This series of programmable DC electronic loads can be set to fast, medium and slow voltage response speeds to match various characteristic power supplies.

This performance can avoid the reduction of measurement accuracy or test failure caused when the response speed of the load and the power supply does not match, improve the test efficiency, and reduce the cost of equipment, time and expenses.

4. Dynamic test mode

This series of programmable electronic loads can realize fast switching between different values under the same function, and support dynamic current, dynamic voltage, dynamic resistance and dynamic power modes, among which the dynamic current and dynamic resistance modes can reach 50kHz.

This function can be used to test the dynamic characteristics of the power supply, battery protection characteristics, battery pulse charging, etc. The dynamic load test function provides continuous, pulsed and inversion modes.

5. Positive Hyun fluctuation load

This series of programmable electronic loads support the function of sine wave load current, which can be applied to the impedance analysis test of fuel cells.

6. Dynamic frequency conversion scanning function

This series of programmable DC electronic loads support dynamic frequency conversion scanning function to find the worst-case voltage of the DUT by frequency conversion.

Users can set parameters by editing two constant current values, start frequency, end frequency, step frequency, dwell time and other parameters.

The sampling rate of the dynamic frequency sweep function can reach 500kHz, which can simulate various load conditions and meet most test requirements.

7. Battery Discharge Test

This series of electronic loads can use CC, CR or CP mode to discharge the battery, and can accurately set and measure the cut-off voltage or discharge time to ensure that the battery will not be damaged due to excessive discharge.

The discharge cut-off condition can be set according to the actual demand. When the cut-off condition is met, the load stops pulling and the timing stops.

During the test, parameters such as battery voltage, discharged time and discharge capacity can also be monitored in real time.

8. Automatic testing

This series of electronic loads can automatically switch under the constraints of CV, CR, CC and CP modes, and is suitable for testing lithium-ion battery chargers to obtain a complete V-I charging curve.

Flexible automatic test mode can greatly improve work efficiency.

9. OCP/OPP test

The OCP/OPP test items provided by this series of programmable DC electronic loads can be used for design verification of overcurrent protection/overpower protection. The limit is set before the test, and the test result is automatically displayed after the test to prompt the customer.

Taking the OPP test as an example, the load provides a rising ramp power to test whether the output voltage of the DUT under overload is lower than the trigger voltage, so as to determine whether the output protection function of the DUT works normally.

10. Sequence mode function

This series of electronic loads has the function of List sequence mode, which can automatically simulate the complex changes of the load according to the sequence file edited by the user.

The sequence mode includes 10 groups of files, and the setting parameters include test mode (CC, CV, CR, CP, short circuit, switch), cycle times, sequence steps, single step set value and single step time, etc.

This function can test the output characteristics of the power supply, test the stability of the power supply and simulate the actual working conditions.

11. Master-Slave Control

This series of programmable DC electronic loads supports master-slave mode, supports parallel use of electronic loads of the same voltage specification, and achieves synchronous dynamics.

In actual operation, you only need to control the master, and the master will automatically calculate and distribute the current to other slave loads. One master and multiple slaves are suitable for the needs of larger loads and greatly simplify the user’s operation steps.

12. External programming and current/voltage monitoring

This series of programmable electronic loads can control the load voltage and current through external analog input. The external input signal 0~10V corresponds to the load 0~full-scale pull-up condition.

The input voltage controlled by the external analog quantity can realize the load condition of arbitrary waveform, which meets the needs of industrial control.

The current/voltage monitoring output terminal outputs the current/voltage corresponding to 0~full scale with 0~10V analog output, and an external voltmeter or oscilloscope can be connected to monitor the change of current/voltage.
