Medical pressure resistance

Medical pressure resistant technology is mainly applied in the following medical scenarios:
Infusion and transfusion: High pressure resistant indwelling needle is used for rapid fluid replacement and transfusion, especially suitable for emergency patients with traumatic blood loss, shock, etc., and can withstand 300psi
Pressure. High pressure resistant silicone tubing is used in infusion sets, ventilators, and other equipment, with a pressure resistance of up to 60 N/m ².
Imaging examination: In CT/MRI enhanced examination, a high-pressure indwelling needle can inject contrast agent at high speed to avoid repeated punctures.
Surgical instruments: The stapler needs to withstand internal pressure of the human body (such as intestinal peristalsis), and a pressure resistance tester ensures its safe use.
Electrical safety: Isolation amplifiers prevent current conduction between medical devices through high voltage characteristics, ensuring patient safety.
Equipment testing: Hospitals regularly conduct voltage withstand tests on electrical equipment to ensure insulation performance.
Physical therapy equipment: The chamber of the limb compression therapy equipment needs to withstand 1.5 times the nominal pressure and pass 3000 fatigue tests.

Medical voltage withstand tester is a key tool used to test the insulation performance of medical equipment. Its core function is to evaluate the safety and reliability of the equipment in high voltage environments by applying high voltage.
main function
Insulation performance testing: Simulate the working state of equipment under high voltage environment to ensure that its insulation material can withstand rated voltage and overvoltage, and prevent the risk of breakdown or leakage.
Safety standard verification: Complies with medical standards such as GB9706.1-2020 to ensure the safety of the equipment in clinical use.
Fault prevention: Through regular testing, insulation defects can be detected in advance to avoid medical accidents caused by equipment failures.
Key Operating Points
Before testing: The instrument needs to be calibrated and the connecting wires checked for integrity.
During testing: Gradually increase the voltage to the specified value (such as 5kV) for 5 seconds, and monitor whether the equipment has arcing, flashover, or breakdown.
After testing: Record the results and repair or scrap the unqualified equipment.
