1. Charging Station

From March 1, 2025, charging piles will be forced into China’s compulsory product certification (CCC) system, and from August 2026, products that fail to pass the certification will be banned from circulation. At the same time, GB39752-2024 and GB/T18487.1-2023 standards have clearly defined key indicators such as grounding resistance (≤0.12), insulation resistance (> 10 mω) and withstand voltage leakage current (≤10mA). It can be seen that electrical safety test is not only a necessary condition to ensure that charging pile products meet relevant regulations, but also an important basis for enterprises to fulfill their safety responsibilities and maintain their brand reputation.

Withstand voltage and insulation test:

Testing the charging pile needs to test the withstand voltage according to different test points to ensure that the withstand voltage and insulation between each point meet the target requirements.
